If they do complain, their complaints sound apologetic: "Excuse me, I'm terribly sorry, um..., but, er..., this soup seems to be rather, well..., not very hot - a bit cold really, " or "Sorry, but do you think we could order soon?" (after a 20-minute wait with no sign of any service). And they look at the floor as though THEY have done something wrong)

 

And what would Russian people do? What would you do? I would call the head waiter and tell him what I think about their restaurant!

 

I think i would never tell it straight although the demons inside me would demand i did it, i try to remain reserved so that nobody would get hurt In this situation i would be a mixture of an englishman and a german, but after visiting the restaurant i would use the language the russians usually use when they are displeased

I wish i could also call the head waiter and tell him everything like Lady LG
