Watson pointed to a boy with red hair sitting on a bench and said, "This boy is my nephew." "Well, he isn't my nephew," replied the woman. Can you explain this? I have two variants of answer 1. "Well, he isn't my nephew," replied the woman (answered woman ? but not his sister/ maybe answered another woman 1bluewinky.gif ) 2. Dr Watson and his sister is native only on the father (I am not sure that I wrote right . На русском родные по отцу но не по матери ) Самира! Unfortunately your answers are wrong too. Don't complicate matters! It's very easy! See you! Поделиться сообщением Ссылка на сообщение

Lady LG 4 159 Опубликовано 6 июня, 2011 Самира, gimini and negoro, you are right! The answer is: "The boy was Watson's nephew and his sister's SON." Well, ladies and gentllemen, for the present we have: 1. One riddle unguessed: "The poor have two, the rich have none, millions have many, you have one. What is it?" I'd like to wait for Serdar to try. He's so clever! 2. One more riddle: "When I eat, I live; but when I drink, I die. What am I?" 3. One more puzzle from me: "Mrs Hudson was given a box of chocolates. The box contained forty five sweets. There were twice as many soft centres as there were hard centres. Mrs Hudson enjoyed eating chocolates with soft centres. Was she pleased with the present? How many chocolates with a soft centre were in the box? 4. Misprint 11 for Serdar and everyone: The text below contains a mistake where a word HAS an EXTRA LETTER. For example, if the word should be NOT it is printed as NOTE. "In England the number of people going to church is going down and down. As a result, over a thousand churches had to be closed last year. The church leader said that more and more people were now looking for gold outside the church." 5. and our story, of course. I'm waiting for Molly and victorian to continue. Nobody else wants to help us... Good luck and have fun! Поделиться сообщением Ссылка на сообщение
