Your photo is very nice, especially ears

Thank you, Molly, you're very kind. I forgot to mention one thing: I don't wear glasses yet.

- Did you pray tonight?????

"Did you pray tonight, Dezdemona?" "Othello"? )))

I think, that is missed word 'whether'.

Lady LG,

I thought so.

But your avatar has glasses. Blondes often wear glasses to look smarter )))

Serdar,

i think the word "whether" is only in the russian translation to make it sound more poetic...

Or else this sentence would sound like an extract from a grammar book:

"I wonder whether (if) you have prayed tonight, Desdemona." )))

Lady LG gets a chocolate ))) (sorry, can't find a chocolate image) :)

Thank you for the chocolate. It's just what I wanted: a Russian "Rot Front" chocolate without nuts!

Your English is very good, Molly, and it's gramatically correct.

I'm very interested to know what your job is. Is it connected with the language?

What do you do, if it isn't a secret?

I'll try to guess:

"Birds of a feather flock together." (Proverb) (Рыбак рыбака видит издалека)

Am I right? :!:

Certainly, we are colleagues, Lady LG!

)))

[/b]Guess what book

A girl falls in love with a man and wrires a letter to him. He says "no".

But some time later he understands she is the woman he has always wanted. He writes a letter to her but she says: "But now I have another man, and shall be true to him as long as i can". (or something like this) )))

I've just remembered a funny situation:

I was a forth year student and was taking practice at some school with my university mates. We were to have 15 lessons including English, Russian and Literature (5-11 forms).

Everything was great, sometimes difficult, we laughed a lot, but after that practice when we met at the university it was like this:

Molly: (a serious expression on her face): Здравствуйте, коллега.

Pavel: (shaking hands with Molly) Коллега.

And then a burst of laughter )))

I agree to play What book? game, but we have three more Guess the film:

tasks:

1. This detective looks nice and can do analytic work very well. The detective's office is in Petrovka. (Hint: The detective is a platinum blonde. The film is a screen-version of the books by a modern woman writer who is quite popular nowadays)

2. The people study animals and they're all drivers. They have a meeting at the museum to solve an important problem. They quarrel. Somebody locks the door and nobody can get out.

3. A young blond woman works on a farm and looks after pigs. She looks stupid.

The actress who plays this part is considered to be the first Soviet sex-symbol.

Have fun!

Or something like that: "But I have a husband and I'll be honest to him forever."

(Но я другому отдана и буду век ему верна)

Is it "Eugeni Onegin" by Alexander Pushkin?
